First gaming build-Lets hear the opinion!

Very first build just looking for opinions. I don't have a set budget but this seems to be a reasonable price range. Looking to do some high end gaming and little bit of overclocking.

Only thing I'd change would be the PSU, get a 650w or a 750w 80+ Gold rated and you'll be set. Maybe a modular psu would be cool, its not needed but it will help with cable management. The CPU cooler that you have listed is fine, but for some hardcore cooling I would go with like a closed loop liquid cooler.

10.4 the PSU was the last thing I looked at and I was hoping to get some more suggestions on it. I didn't really like my choice. Any particular brand/model you would go with?

For the CPU cooler, the Kraken series from NZXT is really good I hear. I have a Corsair H80i in my build right now paired with the same CPU you have listed and its beastly. I haven't OC'd yet because im still getting used to the stock speed of this CPU haha (It was a huge upgrade from my AMD Phenom II X6 1045T 2.7GHz) As for the PSU, Corsair has really solid PSU's along with EVGA. I have the Corsair RM650 fully modular which is doing me fine for right now since I don't SLI or OC right now.
