Swap the psu and cpu cooler for a 550W GOld rated psu a Cooler Master 212 EVO for your cooler.

Take out the first cpu cooler you had and you're good there. I would recommend a corsair psu. They're pretty much the standard when it comes to PSU's.

The gtx 660 is starting to get really outpaced, since it's an older generation card. Investing almost the same amount into the Gigabyte Windforce r9 270x or r9 270 would provide some performance boost and be a newer generation of GPU. Otherwise the build looks good.
