On this potential build I'm looking to water cool as you can see but some people telling me to use heatsink/fan. What are your opinions? And if I should go the second route can you suggest the best cooler quality money can buy.

The h240x and h220x are the best. If you know you are going to push the computer a lot or that you know you live in a hot place go water cooling if not go air cooling. Phantecks PH-TC14PE, Noctua D15, cryorig r1 universal or ultimalte, and the be quiet dark pro 3.

...and the be quiet dark pro 3.

Check reviews and videos on this; it can be an absolute bear to install, especially on 2011-3 sockets. I decided against it for my upcoming build for this reason.

Yea I know but some people would still want it for the looks and because its not a bad cpu besides the mounting.
