Download an ISO file onto a USB stick for OS to kick out the CD drive. Also I would sqeeze out an extra $30 into an R7 260x, compared to the R7 250x it wrecks for like 10% price increase.

And you also don't need that wifi adapter unless your mobo doesnt come with wifi (it does) or you need wireless connectivity

I'm not quite sure what you mean by You have way to install Win and drivers? i was planning on buying win 8.1 and using drivers from the websites/cd's for the components.

Just looking to make sure you have a way to install Windows (DVD Drive) and sometimes the LAN drivers will need to be installed from the MB disc to connect to the Internet.
