Technically the EVGA card is better out the box at 1.18mhz clock speed. But for gaming, I could bit recommend and 750ti at all!

Well, the EVGA would be better without an overclock, so if you are gonna buy a 750TI the go for the EVGA!

Personally, at this lower budget end of the spectrum, something like an r9 270 would allow for better performance. Although the actual spec of the 750 TI seem better than a r9 270, overall performance is better with an r9 270:
