must be under 400 dollers

i will admit that a console is easier to set up and use

this is better and can do more with it, also games are alot cheaper

You could save money on the RAM and just go for DDR3 1600 or maybe 1866. You will see a 1-2 FPS difference maybe.

Not really, but it makes as much of a difference in performance as high speed RAM does in most cases, which is almost none. High speed ram is only really useful for APUs and if you do a ton of rendering.

i chose high speed ram because it was basicly free 5 dollers more i updated the build

Less on the PSU so you can actually get a MOBO. I put very little faith on a 38 dolla mobo.
