What type of processor for WoW & CS:GO?

I am trying to make a build for Wow, cs:go, and regular web browsing but every build i make i receive a lot of different feedback. I have around 550 USD to spend on this build and I've been told by a lot of people that for wow and my price range i should get an i3 but every build people make gimme a amd 6300. They are telling me WoW runs best on dual core processors and anything more than that wouldn't work as well. I'm very new to this and not sure what to get, looking to buy this asap. any help would be appreciated thanks

Don't get an AMD CPU/APU, they are no longer the best at this price point.
