This is my first time building a PC and I was wondering if this is any good and if it is would it be able to run games like The Forrest, BF4, Farcry 4 ArmA 2, ArmA 3. Also What Settings would it run these games on. Any help would be appreciated, Thanks http://nz.pcpartpicker.com/user/Krankdude/saved/j82BD3

Another Question, How Loud would the fan be?

It depends on the stock fans ( which I don't know which type they are ) and added fans. If you add too much fans, it will be loud. But they are corsair fans, and there are just 4 fans in the case, so go for it. But this case is actually expensive :(.

You forgot to link your build =p http://pcpartpicker.com/user/Krankdude/saved/j82BD3 Not sure if you actually need the sound card, or 16gb memory. I would think the audio chip on your motherboard + 8gb of memory would work fine. Should be able to run those games as well.

Thanks for the reply, I removed the sound card from the build and replaced the 2x8GB memory with a 2x4GB, Also What settings would it run those games on?

http://nz.pcpartpicker.com/p/2C4B7P I got a gtx970 and a bigger psu. I had to remove the cooler to save money and a few other things

Wouldn't the CPU Overheat without a fan or would the case fans cool the CPU down?

It comes with a stock cooler.

Ah, I see, so would this run better than the pc I built because of the less GHz or would it run the same?

The cpu will perform the same in game, you won't notice the .3 ghz differnce. The gtx 970 is significantly stronger than the gtx 760.

I'd suggest Windows 8.1, instead of Windows 8.

You can only select windows 8 or 7 and you update to 8.1

Regardless, this should save you some money.
