this is my first build and i'm trying to build a casual gaming pc
$11 more gets you a 1 TB drive at 7200RPM
I would drop down to 8gig ram, 16gig is overkill for a gaming build, and drop the cpu (you get one with the cpu that'll work fine at stock speeds) and use that cash to get a psu, the ones supplied with a case are always of suspect quality, and like tehguy says a 7200prm hdd is prolly a good thing for you too
