With the help of a few people. I came up with this http://au.pcpartpicker.com/user/txils/saved/4MpmP6 Mainly gaming for BF4 & Dead Rising 3 and some low end games like Saints Row IV, CS:GO, Bioshock Infinite and Far Cry 3.

Will this be ok without a cooler or should I add the Hyper 212 as I've heard the stock fans aren't very good. And is there any cheaper motherboard that is still pretty good?

Keep the 212 EVO for the overclocking. And drop the 760 and get a 280 for better performance.

I changed it to the 280x. Would I need a bigger power supply or is this all good? http://au.pcpartpicker.com/user/txils/saved/8LmQzy

As long as you don't crossfire, then I think you are good. Wait for other people's opinions though.
