Hi there, thanks so much in advance for the help.

With the help of commenters in the "Create A Part List For Me" forum I've put together the following build. I'd love any thoughts!

I'm finally taking the plunge into serious PC Gaming and am looking to make my first build. This PC would primarily be used for gaming, though once in a while I do some very light photo editing, plus Office suite stuff, web browsing etc. I'm looking for a computer that can run modern games (Dragon Age: Inquisition and Shadows of Mordor are two I'd love to run smoothly) at 60fps on High/Ultra resolution. Ideally, I'd build something that I wouldn't need to upgrade for a few years. I don't plan on overclocking, and I'm agnostic on Intel vs AMD.

I was advised to go with the i5 for its stability and upgrade potential, and that at my current budget I should hold off on an SSD.

What I don't need: Mouse, Keyboard, Monitor What I do need: OS (Windows 8), Wireless Adapter, everything else

Awesome! Thanks a lot. I don't plan on adding any addtl video cards for the time being, so I think I should be set.
