That seems pretty decent to me. Right now I have the FX6300 and I am super happy with it, its a great chip. I would recommend maybe different RAM. I had the 'G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1866' in mind. This is the max speed your motherboard can handle and it is basically the same price as the 1600 version. However it is up to you. I believe it is also cheaper than your selected memory (at least where I am). Everything else seems to be good. Hope it works out well for you!

Good luck

The mobo you are recommending is using a rather old chipset ( the 760G), wouldn't the 960 be better? EDIT: the asrock mobo i can get for around 30 euros and the Gigabyte is 20 euros more expensive, are the extra 20 euros worth the extra features?

it has a usb 3 header which can make use of the usb 3 on the front of the n200 case and that would be more important to me than the chipset. it is compatible and has usb 3 so that is all i would need to worry about
