Opinions ~$1200 gaming build

Will this build be enough to run Counter Strike: Global Offensive and Grand Theft Auto V at high quality and at a good fps. I will be spending $1200 at most. Any opinions appreciated as long as they aren't negative. BTW: This is my first build

+graphic card -SSD is to small IMO, windows will take up 60gbs plus all the updates you will have to install. Get a 128 gb or 250gb

Are you going to overclock? If no, drop that liquid CPU cooler. Also, how do you get GTA on PC?

I'll get it through Steam. The next one comes out early 2015. Yes, I am going to overclock it.

You need to get a Z97 mobo no matter the sacrifice, if not, then the K series and CPU Cooler are completely pointless. Z series for better overclockability
