Here's a modest build for anyone with $20000 lying around.

Where?

Though, by coincidence, I just finished creating a silly "if I win the lotto" build... http://pcpartpicker.com/user/FH100/saved/rJKkcf

Uses two 14-core Xeons, 512GB RAM, 3-way SLI Titan Blacks, 512GB M.2 drive, 4x1TB SSDs (use RAID 0), 6x4TB HDDs... Heck, the MB is even in a gold theme!

Only issues I have are: Can't determine clearance for heatsinks (that MB has limited info on it), so the CPU coolers might not fit (but they're Xeons, so it's not like they'll run hot) and you're stuck with Windows 8.1 (as no WIN7 variation can't handle that much ram...).
