How Will this Compete?

Just put together this build. I would use the Steam OS. How do you think it would compare to Xbox One or PS4?

Choice of i3 isn't worth it at this price point, AMD has better deals. Not an AMD expert here, though a FX6300 is a great place to start with.

I find Asrock motherboards great, they usually pack a bit more features (though its usefulness can be questioned).

Wrong choice with 750Ti, same price an 270 would perform similarly with a 760, though that means you need to bump up your PSU if you are going to change to either the AMD CPU or GPU.

Much bbetter. I would suggest adding a CPU Cooler (Hyper 212 EVO) since that chip is unlocked and overclocking will bring more performance to everything. Everything else looks nice, though you should still wait for more opinions.

I don't know what the first build was with the i3, however I'm guessing its the i3 4150 which is slightly better at games as most games are lightly threaded. FX 6300 is better at heavily threaded applications.

seems good, although motherboard is low grade, probably better off with an asus board
