1st Forget that Rosewill 750w Gold PSU i don't know why people keep choosing gold and than pick overclocking CPU... If you want to make a power efficiant PC than make everything efficiant not just PSU.

but for that ammount of money you can pick a i7-5280k 6 core procesor which for rendering and editing is probobly more important to have more cores.

To compensate for better CPU, drop that H100i for cheaper cooling.

On the JonnyGuru review's he reviewd that Roswill PSU and said the psu has, so-so soldering, strictly average voltage stability for a PSU that costs a 100$ that could be better.

So instead of that pick a 30-40$ SeaSonic M12II 620 Bronze which has much better build and power wise for 2x gtx 970 is gonna be enogh.

WD black is not needed, WD blue is enogh.
