what do you want this build for?

you have no os and that gpu is really bad you want at least 2gb VRAM 3 if possible

Changed the CPU to the Athlon 860K, it has 4 cores, but I think that it's better choice for a build in this budget.

250GB HDD isn't that so big, so I added a bigger one.

You can buy the cooler later, the stock one will be sufficient.

I added a better graphics card, to get max gaming peformance in this budget(or close to max, atleast).

HIS cards aren't very popular, but it seems that they are pretty solid.

If you have a Micro Center near you, the processor is 89.99 and the mobo would be free ($50 off b/c of processor and I think a rebate with that).
