Corsair RM 650 Fan-related question.

So, I have a Dell Inspiron 3000 tower with an i5-4440, and a new gfx card that will fit in the case and provide excellant performance. (pny gtx 970) I needed a new psu for the components, so I selected a RM 650 for it's reliability. IT will fit, but it has a fan, and the case of the dell has no holes in the top for ventilation. Is there any way to get around this without cutting a hole in the top of the case? (Which I can do. 4 inch by-metal hole saw FTW). If so, please let me know. Thanks!

Either drill holes, or just flip the psu over to get air from in the case instead of fresh air

Is that an intake or an out-take fan?

Also, I have used them before and they work well, and are quite quiet, but thanks for the warning anyway!
