I'm going to use it for occasional video and photo editing. I'll probably pick up GTA5 when it's out for PC too.

Should I change anything or will this be a nice set-up?

Changed the SSD to 120GB (from256) and added a 1TB hard drive. Better?

If I were you I would add a 1tb hardrive for other storage because 256 gb probably wont be enough fo everything on your pc.
