My first ever PC build. Need professional advice! - Budget Gaming Build

Okay, so. I am very new to building PC's and dealing with computer components etc. I have decided that I am going to save up the parts to build my very own budget gaming PC. By the end of next year I will have £660 to spend on my new pc. I have chosen the components that I want but I feel like I need a experts advice to make sure I am getting value for money. This build will mainly be used for gaming, recording and video editing. The games that I would be playing will be games like Skyrim, Garry's Mod, Left4Dead 2, Dead Space 3, Overgrowth, Goat simulator. I would like to run these games on medium-high settings with NO lag.

I would like to know if the parts that I have chosen will be able to carry out the tasks that I have stated. Please also leave recommendations for parts.

Here is my part list: http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/33mcVn Thank you!
