thats a good rig, but honestly you will not achieve ultra on a 660 i tried with the EVGA version of the 660 and was able to get around 20 fps ultra 35 high you will probably achieve medium on bioshock.

I changed the power supply to give you some more wattage, and I also upgraded the video card to one that can handle Bioshock Infinite on ultra. And it's only $2 more! You could probably save some more money on the RAM as well.
