Noob's 1st gaming build $1000 budget

Please bear in mind that I am a complete noob and any input is greatly appreciated. Can I do any better(i.e. cheaper) than this? The only thing I'm just not sure abt is the mobo. Also need a case suggestion(see bullets below)

Games: Far Cry 4, DayZ, CSGO - I will NOT be overclocking - ideally just would like to be able to play games at high settings on 1080 for a couple years before having to turn down settings a little - I'm having trouble picking a good case. Current considerations are Rosewill blackhawk, Corsair 200R, but would love a suggestion- aesthetics mean NOTHING to me, I just want a case that has good cooling, good cable management, and is built well(good quality). I don't need the BEST, I just need something that will be easy for a beginner to put together.

You don't need an unlocked processor if you aren't going to be overclocking. This one is cheaper and still perform just as well. Everything else is fine. Might want to add a case though.

yea, I did a little write-up about a case, really getting mixed reviews on a lot of the cases I'm looking at. Just want something that isn't expensive, but is build well and has good cooling and cable management(in other words, easy for a noob to build with).

Any recommendations?

I've worked with the corsair 300R case before. Its decently easy to build in.
