$1300 Gaming Rig...Ready to Buy Parts

Building a gaming rig that I hope will last at least 5 years. Mostly play RPG's. I plan on upgrading psu and adding a second GPU for crossfire next year. Any and all comments welcome... http://pcpartpicker.com/user/cfsnelling/saved/KXmQzy

Wait! FX-9590 has a tdp of 220w. Are you sure you can cool it down with a 120mm rad? And what about under load? If you are looking for a 200+ dollar cpu, go with intel.

That radiator was listed as compatible by AMD, I like this cpu because it is basically a factory overclocked FX8350 and will stay under warrenty.

Man. Ok, even if it manages to cool it, which i doubt it would, your psu won't handle it. Did you already buy that coolmax psu? It won't give you 700w. It's coolmax, some people actually said that on 12v rail it delivered only 7.3v. It will not handle double 280x's. It will not handle the cpu. Look at the tdp of your build. It's 584 watts! It's already 83 percent of the wattage. And this psu isn't even 80 plus. Another 280x will add 250 watts under full load. It's 834 w. That's 120% of the wattage. I mean, count it yourself if you want.

I have already purchased it...When I go to crossfire in about a year I had planned on upgrading psu at that time.

Yes, it's true. 9590 is an overclocked 8350. But how exactly is it overclocked so that it boosts up to 5Ghz? It's all because the core voltage is set to 1.5. What normal person would do that?

I'm sorry if i get too emotional. I just don't want this system to fail you. With that particular psu powering that particular cpu I'm afraid that's bound to happen. Maybe you can return it?

Alright, i'm well out of line here. Sorry. Just consider this build. It's cheaper, with this overclockable i5 you can hit 4.4-4.5Ghz with no trouble. You won't even have to tamper with voltages.
