How's this $750 build?

Hey guys, I just made an account here. My first build is this $750(including OS) Gaming PC. I would greatly appreciate any suggestions for my first build since it's probably lacking somewhere. Thanks to anyone who helps me out!

http://pcpartpicker.com/p/HrD6P6 (I have some questions at the bottom of post about this build)

CPU: AMD FX-6300 3.5GHz 6-Core Processor CPU Cooler: NONE Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3P ATX AM3+ Motherboard Memory: Corsair Vengeance 8GB (1 x 8GB) DDR3-1866 Memory Storage: Kingston SSDNow V300 Series 120GB 2.5" Solid State Drive Extra Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive Video Card: Asus Radeon R9 280 3GB DirectCU II Video Card Case: Corsair 200R ATX Mid Tower Case Power Supply: Corsair Builder 500W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (OEM) (64-bit) Wireless Network Adapter: Asus PCE-N15 802.11b/g/n PCI-Express x1 Wi-Fi Adapter

So I know I want to keep the r9 280 or get a similar one, RAM, and storage. I want to know if i need to overclock my cpu and get a cooler(or swap it for another one), swap the mobo, maybe swap a cheaper case, and if my psu is fine. I need the wifi adapter since i can't connect wired from where i'm going to put it, but should I get a usb one instead? I'm going to get legit windows, either 8 or 7, unless there's a very easy way to get it for free. So thanks to anyone who helps again, and I would like to keep it under 800 after rebates.

I would go for a 256-ish gb SSD and get a hdd later if you plan to install a lot of games on the SSD.

The wifi adapter you chose is a bit lacking -> no 802.11ac or 5GHz. Maybe you can look into ethernet powerline adapters if possible.

Idk about the rest of the build, wait for someone else to chime in.

Thanks for the feedback! I didn't really pay much attention to the network adapter. I just remembered I already have a usb powered one! So nvm, I probably won't need one at all, as long as I get 20mbps for online gaming, downloads, etc with my current one. As for the SSD, I might get a 256gb at first depending on the price. I really only need my os and main programs on there instead of all my games though. Obviously they get so much cheaper with time and it will be a couple months at least until I get all the parts so I'm just going to wait.
