For that money, you can do much better for yourself. The build below has a z97 board and unlocked CPU, but was not a big price difference going to lesser components, and wanted to leave ability for you to SLI later if need. The SSD is also 120GB vs the 256GB, but gives you enough for OS and few other programs with ability to add later easily without re-installing everything. Last, if you do not plan on overclocking, you can skip the CPU cooler and use the stock one that comes with CPU.

That M5A99FX PRO R2.0 is listed as requiring BIOS version 1006 as a minimum for official support of FX-8320. You can contact the store as a precaution and have them verify that processor is supported out of the box.

I would suggest upgrading from the FX-8320 to the 8350, which will provide you with significantly more power, but for hardly more expense. Also, you don't need a motherboard that powerful for what you're doing. Check out the tier below that, the Asus M5A99FX EVO R2.0. $20 cheaper, but almost as good. The only feature I can tell that is lacking is that the EVO doesn't support 220W processors, which is an unnecessary feature for you since you're getting an 8320/50.
