help choose a T1 or t2 psu

First off I am on a phone. I have a t1 and t2 chart. However it is hard for me to do on a phone.

I am hoping someone can rec. A few psu with a $80 budget that is 750watts

I have the 850w version and the modularity really helped... and my parents aren't complaining about a rising power bill so that's good too :P
