Hi I am looking for the best 4 way sli motherboard.
a very nice mobo is the MSI Xpower BUT expensive
Thanks I will look into that
Also MSI X99 Gaming 9 ACK.
I guess two way SLI or crossfire are enough for now.
ASUS X99-E WS. Hands down the best X99 motherboard, and it supports 16x SLi. It's a bit pricy though.
Compatible with everything from your typical GeForce to Tesla compute cards, and can support 128GB of ECC memory.
But why do you want 4-way? I would never go over 3-way, as 4-way provides ~5FPS difference in most games.
Some things I do would benefit
Some games and vidieo rendering and editing and especially some flight simulators.
No...those things won't benefit from 4-way.
Are you GPU rendering? If not, don't go 4-way.
i do do some gpu rendering. how much benefit will see.
Can try with MSI X99 or Gigabyte X99 UD4 SLI/Crossfire support which may help you.
Gigabyte X99 UD4 currently houses the best SLI out of the main 4. I'm a huge MSI fan but MSI is gearing towards 3 way SLI. Avoid Asus for X99 series (Asus still good but people have been having problems). I hope this helps. :) EVGA ups and downs.
I have bought gigabyte motherboards before so I will look at this one
