Rosewill capstone series or any corsair rm series psu 650 watts and below, they both are tier 2. Avoid the evga g1 series, they are tier 3.

Also get rid of that h100 if you havent brought it yet, its very loud and not that good at cooling, perferable go for a noctua d15 or if you don't want a big air cooler go for a coolmaster nepton 240m.

Look at the XFX 550W psu. Practically right on your $60 budget and it's a Seasonic based unit. Good quality for a good price. Doubtful that you'll get a RM at anywhere near your budget.
