Do all power supplies have a voltage switch?

Is there a voltage switch on all power supplies sold on this site? Different countries like UK and USA have different voltage for the power supply or something like that don't they?

I'm from UK so just wanted to check that I don't need to get a particular power supply that can get the right voltage.

Thanks

Ah, fair enough. Dunno why they still bother to teach that in college then.=P

Probably because a lot of places still use those types of PSUs...
