Hello, this is my first computer build. This new setup will serve as my main computer, which will be used primarily for gaming. I would like to keep this build under $900, but I am willing to go a little over. I appreciate any help that is offered!

Currently, I am having problems deciding which case to get. I am not sure what case type I need. Below is a list of my current parts and rough build (I will make future edits).

CPU: AMD FX-4300 3.8GHz Quad-Core Processor ($113.97 @ Outlet PC) Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD3 ATX AM3+ Motherboard ($125.98 @ SuperBiiz) Memory: Crucial 8GB (1 x 8GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($63.00 @ SuperBiiz) Storage: Western Digital Caviar Black 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($89.99 @ Newegg) Video Card: Sapphire Radeon HD 7950 3GB Video Card ($249.99 @ Newegg) Power Supply: Raidmax 850W 80 PLUS Gold Certified ATX12V / EPS12V Power Supply ($104.98 @ SuperBiiz) Optical Drive: LG GH24NS95 DVD/CD Writer ($21.48 @ Newegg) Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 (OEM) (64-bit) ($89.98 @ Outlet PC) Total: $846.37

Estimated Wattage: 394W

Also, feel free to make recommendations/advice/opinions on my current build. Any help is GREATLY appreciated! Thank you for your support.

If you stick with a couple of brands, it is really difficult to "go wrong". At that point all you are doing is deciding what features are important to you, and how much you are willing to pay for them. Here is a little guide with some features and the expected price segment I have been working on. Its currently a work in progress, but it may help: http://pcpartpicker.com/forums/topic/8089-case-feature-per-price-point

In the end if you get something made by: Corsair, NZXT, Cooler Master, Fractal Design (Except the "core 3000 which is junk), Lian Li, or Silverstone you will be fine.
