Water Cooling Advice needed.

Hey guys, i'm looking for a closed 280mm loop but i need opinions on open loops and custom loops. If i do decide to go with an open loop, will i have to refill the coolant and clean the loop many times? I'm pretty skeptical of doing that and don't want to mess up. My Build: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/WmVCVn Also, would like a block with a Red LED

With a custom loop iirc you have to drain and clean it every 6 months.
