White PSUs and/or Painting

I need an 80+ bronze+ (To get it subsidized by mes parents since I doubt that I can find what I want under $65. Things are best when you don't pay for most for them.) white power supply. Preferably at least 600w since I hope to get some pretty good overclocking done and would like headroom, but feel free to tell me if I'm misinformed about required wattage for OCing. I'm sure I am. Also fully modular if at all possible. Is there anything that fits my conditions that's not over $100? Also, I am fine plastidipping a PSU, are there any that are better for that? And how does one go about it?

Edit: Oh, and I'm going to use a 4690k and a 290 for wattage. Here's a full parts list: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/CRndYJ

honestly I would just buy a good psu even if its black and try to get other white components for the build

this are the options

the NZXT hale82 550 watts (TIER 4) at $75.00 = probably not the best choice to buy a tier 4

the NZXT hale82 700 watts (TIER 4) at $99.00

the HALE90 v2 850W is tier 3 and over $100

the Fractal Tesla R2 650W White is also over $100

the thermaltake Toughpower Grand 600W is a tier 2 but at $175

In that case, what would you suggest for a good black PSU? Under $75 and modular should be easier to achieve on this budget, so I may go with plastidip since I'll be getting some for my GPU shroud anyways.

65 with MIR, fully modular, TIER 1 (the best), gold rated

and you can buy white extensions from Silverstone

or get full set of white cables from EVGA (more expensive)

Thanks for the help! I'm considering just plastidipping the cables. Plastidip is the solution to everything. I would use painter's tape and a bit of newspaper to cover the plugs.

SeaSonic: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/seasonic-power-supply-ssp650rt

White, less than 100$, SeaSonic quality, 650 watts. Only drawback is that it is not Modular.

EVGA is currently selling the 650GS for slightly cheaper, which is the same PSU but modular and with a semi-fanless mode.

The EVGA 650GS doesn't have dual +12V rails. Just a FYI.

My bad, I didn't see which unit he linked. The GS is the same as the Seasonic G series, not the SSP ones.

one last thing... the least wattage for that config is a 650 watts, don't go lower than that.

I have that exact case, you aren't going to see the PSU so don't worry about the colour.

Thanks! That helps a lot!

It's better to paint white on most available black PSU.

Thank you, but it turns out the basement of the case hides the power supply so the point is moot.
