I am looking at a few psu's and am still looking for any psu that can handle 970 sli and future card if i need to upgrade. Here are the 2 psu's i am looking at - https://pcpartpicker.com/part/evga-power-supply-110b20850v1 - https://pcpartpicker.com/part/evga-power-supply-220g20750xr. Are there any other i should look at? My only requirements are that it is at least semi modular and under $150. Between the 2 that i have listed is one better than the other or should i not notice a difference? Thanks for all the help guys.

Well.... The G2 is the superior unit. I don't even care about the power draw.... 750w is enough for gtx 970's in SLI.

What GTX 970's? Some draw as much power as R9 290.

The g2 is definitely the better of the 2. It will give you more than enough for sli.
