I'm afraid I think your part selection (specifically the 241mm long graphics card) may stop you going smaller than the 14 litre ML07.

The ML06 is only 7.1 litres, but it has no space at all for a dual slot graphics card such as the EVGA GeForce GTX 760 Superclocked ACX, let alone one that is 241mm long; the entire case is only 205mm deep.

The ML07 is almost double the capacity at 14 litres, and can hold a dual slot card that's up to 330mm long.

The only other (almost) suitable case I've found is the 12.1 litre Cooltek C2, but it's limited to using 220mm graphics cards.

Finally, if you don't mind buying a new GTX 960 for $186 (instead of the GTX 760 for $150), you can build a reasonable system in a case that's only 10 litres:
