mid tower air vs itx aio

What would be better at cooling, a fractal design r5 with a Hyper 212 Evo or a 250d with an H100i? Both with a 4690k

I'm wondering if the itx chassis restricts enough airflow to level the playing field with the H100i. BTW the itx H100i system is $70 cheaper (mostly in the motherboard)

Thanks

The H100i isn't a good cooler, its extremely loud and not good at cooling for its price.

H100i > Hyper 212 even in itx scenarios.

Though a H100i GTX would be a better buy than a normal H100i.

Ok, what did they change going to the GTX besides the aesthetics?

Tubing, internal waterblock design, and they changed up the fans.

It's an overall better cooler by a few degrees.
