Good wireless PCIe Wireless Adapter?

I did a quick search on google and found this on tomshardware as the best solution for this thread. I was wondering if anybody else had recommendations since I'm gonna have to use wireless sometime soon and have other people in the house connecting using their kindles. I may have built my PC, but I know absolutely nothing about wireless adapters. The only thing that I know is my old, terribad laptop (BEHOLD THE HORROR) had a trendnet card in it, and it sometimes didn't even read that it was in.

Alright, I'll probably go for it. Just to calrify, those black ports by the red PCI ports on my motherboard are PCIe correct? If I ever choose to SLI would the wireless adapter get in the way?
