I'd say a good 750 watt or 850 watt. The evga supernova g2 comes in those ranges.

Depends entirely on which 980s. For lower power versions like the reference cards, EVGA cards, or ASUS cards, 750W or 850W is fine. For the higher power models like Gigabyte's cards, 1000W may be more ideal.

850w+ gold rated and tier 2 or higher so maybe a corsair RM1000 at minimum or for higher tier corsair hx850i or higher watt version
