Is an HX750 enough for an overclocked 4670k and 2 770s in SLI?

I was thinking about two 770 SLIs, but unfortunately my budget wouldn't allow. What I was able to find out is that while total wattage does matter, the more important stat is that your PSU can provide 62 amps at 12 volts consistently. A 750W PSU that can supply that power should be sufficient.
