Windows on sad steps

Hey guys getting my last comp components today and just need to clear something up. I brought a Samsung 850 Evo 120gb for my build and want to put windows 8.1 64 bit on it (before I plug in my hdd) but in opening the ssd box Iv seen a disk that it says needs to be installed before I can use it. My question is what steps do I take when I first boot my comp, do I install the windows disk first, or can I not until I install the ssd disk. In a similar question a disk came with my graphics card, at what stage so I need to install that? Any replies are appreciated cheers.

You can ignore the use of that disc entirely.

Is there a reason you don't just use the cd that comes with it? It just seems simpler as I already have the cd and the optical drive. You've also said that I shouldn't install my os from the cd that I brought, lol why won't it just update to the latest version as soon as I'm on the Internet? Thanks for the rest but just those last few questions cheers.
