Hey guys, this is my gaming rig: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/dPwwf7 , and when I play games like League of Legends, Arma 3, BF4 my fps are not where I think they should be, LoL I usually am at 60fps, but alot of the time it goes lower like to 50fps, but my computer is supposed to be able to be at 60 fps all the time no? Same thing with Arma 3, I saw people on youtube having the same GPU and CPU and they have like 60 fps and when I play I barely have 10-15fps. BF4 is my most demanding game and I can run it better then Arma 3 and almost LoL too.

What the hell is wrong with my pc?!?

EDIT I'm playing on a old LG IPS LED monitor it's plugged in my DVI-D slot on my graphic card and i am also running a 32inch toshiba tv, but i'm not playing on it, just watching videos, social media or battlescreen.

EDIT* Here 4 picture of what my CPU-z is telling me for info - http://www.mediafire.com/view/cdwayis15m7ok3w/Memory.png - http://www.mediafire.com/view/cdwayis15m7ok3w/Memory.png - http://www.mediafire.com/view/0evrc3t2o4tc29f/CPU.png - http://www.mediafire.com/view/3f7sc2ophch6338/Graphics.png

Is the video cable from the monitor to the PC plugged into the Graphics card? This happens more often than you think. Also what resolution are you playing at?

Yes it is, I am playing on 1600 x 900 resolution. Does it change something that I have also a 32inch TV plugged into it too?

Damn and still only a few fps? Your GPU should be destroying those games

well I've just OC my CPU to 4.3ghz and I get more fps and when I game I use MSI Gaming App to OC my GPU while I play and it works. I get like almost 30fps on ultra on arma xd

I wouldn't worry as much about Arma 3, they have some FPS bugs currently

What speed are you running your CPU at, and what temps area you getting?

Also, are your GPU drivers up to date? They released a new driver earlier this month.

My CPU is running at 3.7 MHz almost 3.8MHz , but when I looked on CPU-z it goes from 3.7 Mhz to 1.5 MHz.

My temp when doing nothing are at 30 C both of my CPU and MB and when i opened Arma 3 it went to 32.0 C CPU and 30.o C MB

My GPU Drivers are up to date, but not my Motherboard, does it do anything?

I just edited my post and added links to 4 picture of what my CPU-z is saying

you're fine; everything's fine. if you turn off your FPS counter, do you notice the drops in LoL?
