Semi-Modular or Non-Modular?

I'm deciding on a power supply for my build. I have found a good 750W EVGA semi-modular one, but I'm wondering if I will have all the cables I need for my parts. Should I just go with a non-modular one? I want my build to look really clean when I make it, but I don't want to forget a cable...

Here is my list: https://pcpartpicker.com/user/Evo12/saved/#view=3KTRsY

Thanks! -Evo

the one in the list (750B2) is fine. it's a non issue in this case as the psu is covered up completely. all necessary cables are included.

I agree with MrLuckyPants. I've used both and now I will only use fully modular PSUs. It's worth the extra cost IMO.
