If you are in the US or UK, the Phanteks PH-TC12DX, it performs better, its quieter and is cheaper.

Only have one cpu fan header, would it still work with one fan? Or is there a better one with 1 fan?

It comes with a spliter so that isn't a issue, you can use both fans and only use one cpu fan header and it would work with only one fan, all two fans will do is increase the static pressure which will help with the cooling some but its not going to make a huge difference.
