If I front intake/rear exhaust, with an H7 coming off the CPU, would using bottom intake top exhaust at the same time ruin the airflow?

Nope, just as long as the air is flowing in the same general direction, nothing will be disrupted.

That is my point, but if I forgo the bottom fan, the top fans will only be pulling hot out, so no flow issue. Thanks, that did help :)

Pretty sure the air would still flow through without a bottom fan. Air is a "liquid" per se, like water always trying to go to the lowest point possible in the shortest distance, air works in the same way by getting out of a enclosed space in the shortest and fastest way possible. Not to mention your gpu fan's also contributing to the flow of air.

The GPU fans point down I think. I would hope, otherwise the GPU would just blow hot air over the motherboard..
