prices the same?

the fx system has a weaker cpu but much better gpu. If you can afford to add a decent gpu to the other system, then go that way... these are pre built i assume based on how you listed them

your most likely better off building your own. price and shipping wise, its much cheaper usually to build yourself with new parts than buy an ebay system with no gurantee and a mark up for the builder to make profit with a heavy shipping cost because a system is big and they are not taking on shipping costs themselves like a major part retailer usually will.
