Decision on Gigabyte Board Purchase

Current parts list:

I was going to pick up the board and processor this week from Microcenter for what I consider to be an insanely low price. However, I am hesitant to pick up a Gigabyte board based on all the negative reviews I have read. Any thoughts on this board with the setup?

Note: I plan on installing a water cooling system in the future as well as an additional video card for SLI (multi monitor setup).

Take care,

Bought the board and processor for 354.94 (Additional 40.00 off when buying it with a processor) and it was a Tax Free weekend in Georgia so I decided to dig on some of the other deals they had going on.

Thank you all who convinced me to get in the car.
