Wrong forum but anyway that isn't a good build that PSU will fail at keeping your gpu alive you're not going to get your full performance for that gpu with an i3 . here's something much better

I disagree with 'thatguy', yes you could change the PSU to a better one but the rest of build is fine, I've seen benchmarks to show the i3 will be fine for any graphics card upto and including the GTX 960 and R9 280

It acts as a quad core in gaming due to the hyper threading and basically the GTX 960 is a better card than the 270x
