from completed build The Little PC that Could (n't, lol)
its DDR3, and not even up there with the fastest DDR3 RAMs. Then again, most old-old boards can't handle much faster RAM. I'll admit, its good, functional RAM for the low, low price, and it served me well for 3 years, but I'd recommend at least 16 GB, so either get a second one of these, or get two faster ones. I just upgraded my whole Motherboard and build to get DDR4 instead, probably a better idea, if your build is this old, unless you're going hyper-budget.
from completed build First PC Build/First Mod
It works great, is just enough for gaming, and doesn't look bad.
from completed build Panoramix
More ram than I'll ever need, thinking about how the performance would have been if I had bought a higher clocked RAM.
from completed build Theseus' Paradox
Bought used for 30$ of Ebay, works GREAT, had to make sure the timings matched my old PCs RAM stick(9-9-9-24) and voltage(1.5v) it paired perfectly with the old RAM.
from completed build Lil Buddy (Budget PS4 Killer)
Insert generic "It's ram, it works" review here.
I bought a single 8GB with the intent of slapping in another one down the line.
from completed build The Redeemer: My First PC Build
Great RAM! No problems on memtest.
from completed build Grizzly V1
I dont what to rate RAM on other than it wasnt DOA and it has failed me so Id say its pretty great.
from completed build Vulcan 2.5 *updated 02/25/2019*
Good memory for the price. Go with the 2 x 4GB kit if you can.
