no problems with install or start up. all connections were labeled clearly on the board and in the manual. no hiccups. a good choice if youre on the fence with say a z270-E strix board. you'll save a good 20 bucks or so without Bluetooth or built in wifi.

I was originally looking at the STRIX Z270E motherboard, but decided to switch to this as it was cheaper and I didn't need any of the extra features (built-in WiFi, Bluetooth Type-C connector) and wasn't particularly bothered by missing the IO shield and RGB. Works well, had no issues so far (although I have yet to try overclocking). Looks good and the connectors are all easy to access and clearly labelled.

I am personally a fan of ASUS, as they make quality products, and in the 5 years I have used several of their products, I have never once had an issue. I chose the 270H, as it has 2 more USB ports than the other motherboards in the price range, and Wi-Fi was not needed. It has a good, easy to work with BIOS, 2 M.2 slots, Memory speeds up to 3866MHz, and Gigabit LAN. An all around great motherboard for the price, and I've had great success with the several I've used.
