AMD is the bang for the buck. the stock graphic power is not the best, but there is great potential to overclock. The Windforce Edition also has the best cooling system. It keeps my overclocked card at 60°C under load and in a closed case after 5 hours of gaming.

Got it for quite cheap and this card fufills my gaming needs. Also, the Windforce cooler cools well and is very quiet.

I am amazingly impressed with this card. I was pretty happy with it before I learned how to overclock (MSI afterburner) but then when I ramped it up I was amazed. Crysis 3 and ACBF both run at max textures with high AA in the 30fps range. Only complaint is that the fans are rather loud above 65%

I did not like the looks or the loud fans but it was the R9 280 with the highest clock speed so I went with it. Unfortunately for me one of the fans seemed to have warped after a year or so and it started to constantly grind against the shroud ugh

Was a very good GPU to start a budget build with. I don't think they produce these anymore. Ran every game I played at 1080p60fps with high to very high graphics. Enjoyable experience at the time but it started stuggling in later years due to games being more demanding.

Great performance for it's price I got it for $199.00 @ Centre Com in the Queens birthday special.

Plays all of my games on high or ultra and overclocks really well.

My first AMD and im very happy with it.

    Love this card

Has been the soul of my build for 4 years now, even though I'm upgrading, this card has served me so well. Has NEVER failed me, and is able to run every flagship of its time. AKA, GTA, Outlast, Portal 2, etc!

One of the best purchases I ever made.
