Used as a boot drive for the past 3 years. inexpensive and I think fast. I know the whole TLC vs QLC argument but hey I never had an issue. Still comes out clean as a whistle on crystal disc

Carry-over from a different build and functions as the OS drive. Despite it being QLC it performs fine and doesn't run hot.

from completed build Ye ol' 32TB UnRAID NAS boxx

Plenty fast as an UnRAID cache drive. I do have an external aluminum heatsink on it as it will thermal throttle under sustained load. I would only notice when performing large file transfers that would keep the drive active for 30-50 minutes. After applying the heatsink I no longer see any thermal warnings.

Cheap, functional, and does the job exceptionally well. Everything loads extremely quickly.

I got it for $80, really nice. My first SSD, would boot my pc in 13s, not bad for a first build.

Wish I'd read up on QLC memory before buying, as this is my OS drive, I'd have gone for a more stable tech.

Great for the price, perfect for a boot disk. wish I'd sprung for the 1tb model, as it seems they are simply faster. That being said I am not doing a ton of large file transfers so this is plenty fast and has been an amazing improvement vs sata ssd or hdd. I keep it around half capacity (boot disk, and maybe a game I am currently playing, and anything i'm working on that benefits from being faster than my larger sata drive) and have run into no problems with speed. It isn't the fastest available, but price to performance made this purchase a no-brainer for me.
